How it feel to turn into a total vegetarian? But I was cheating a little bit, I added fish ball slices and luncheon meat! I can't live without seafood and meat!! Protein protein protein! 
Honestly, I don't know the actual name of this vegetable. Deep fry garlic, cut fish ball into slices, add seasoning Chinese BBQ sauce, little bit of garlic salt, and I don't remember what else I put in there.....
This is a dish to make when laziness has taken over you. 
I have 3 kinds of vegetable in this soup: Napa cabbage, Romain lettuce and sour mustard. I added luncheon meat for Des. I'm afraid 2 vege dishes would overwhelmed him.
Seasonings: oyster sauce, garlic and onion powder, chicken bouillon, crushed red pepper, and chili powder.
Boil the water and dump everything into the pot!
